Last night one of the best FIRE nights ever! We had a new toy down there - a sony iToy on a big projected screen. For anyone who know's the iTOY - we had it set on 'rainbow' all night and it looked ace as people danced in front of it and played with it.
Music - tops, people, tops, new PA system - tops, the FIRE acts on the terrace outside - tops, with an extra slice of heavy duty WOW factor. It was all top draw stuff. Thanks everyone involved and thanks everyone who made the effort to come out.
More pics and that to follow, but as of now - I've got to go and put all my toys away from last night.

That bloke of Emmerdale
So Yesterday - went to Watch the cricket up at Ripley - a charity match in support of Harrogate theatre. Top day, Emmerdale farm cast and crew v a bunch of Lawyers and estate agenty types from Harrogate. Hung out with some frends, cooked a massive fry up out the back of our van and then had to go and set Fire up.

Thinking of going to a festival this weekend (Thimbleberry fest). Flicking though the site, there are a load of acts, DJ's PA's etc. I've always been a fan of comedy act and artist names, names like 'Trevor Whatever' and 'Fred Everything' make me chortle, but I've never seen a name as funny as this in years. A must see act.

Check this out. I found it by accident -= it's an incredibly complex trade simulator, using blogs (like DragonDrop and thousands of others) as stock. Fantasy Blog Shares. They give you a fictional $500 to spend when you sign up. The way it measures the success of the site is quite simple (yet a little in accurate!) - to do with the amount of links to and from the site.

Just been out t' local wiht bongo, planning a stag weekend for Les. Yee Haa. We've got some right good ideas rolling. Jst been through my blogs of the last 2 years for this date and I had toothache around this time last year as well. Teeth are such a design flaw. Especially mine. I want my money back.

Hello, had a lovely day today after a fantastic evening last night. We had the last show of the play and again played to a full house. Tina, Maria, Fraser, Kath, Anna and Fi all attended and enjoyed it muchly (especially the costumes) and Fraser did his job well keeping the rest of the audience awake with his snoring (bit like Felix). Matt spent the evening as Matt da' Conga doing a surprise set at Skipton’s Bliss Club to a very appreciative audience. Today we headed to Grassington in 'Clover', our recently named van to take up camp by the river Wharf. An afternoon of eating, poi twirling, jumping off large rocks into the water and cray fishing. Then eating again, but this time it was what was once alive and in the river twenty minutes ago washed down with a pint of Timothy Taylor 'Best' in the Red Lion in Burnsall over looking the boar hunting land of long ago kings. As the evening closed in we headed home to the sounds of England v France. Good game sad ending, Amazing how everything can so completely change in two mins.

Just been to the Great Knaresborough Bed Race. It happens every year. Just been given a grweat idea for next year =- the DragonDrop bed! Missed them ploughing through the river, but saw them all bez past at a great rate of knotts whilst sat outside a friends place.

Just been to see Eirene in her play! - Anything Goes, playing at the Fraser Theatre in Knaresborough - a top show! A really well put together Cole Porter musical. Last day tomorrow - it sold out last night and tonight so if you're off, get tickets early! Well done Eirene :) The boys and I really loved it... even though Mr Felix fell asleep.

Just got one of these. An A2 printer! it's ace. DIY posters. I had to get a printer cable for it so I went to PC WORLD, thinking, safe - they are all the same. First one I suspected was faulty, so I went back, it was confirmed that it was faulty and they exchanged it. Still no joy getting it working so I took it to an Epson. repair center and they said the printer is fine. They gave me another cable and it worked - tip NEVER buy a printer cable from PC WORLD. It may cost you 9 hours of anguish like it did with me.

a really nice weekend has just been and gone. Especially yesterday. After staying in on Friday, Saturday, I got up and cleared the back yard with 3 tip runs in both vans after the debris caused by knocking our bathroom about over the last few weeks then did a gig at Bar Med with DJ Dharma. Twas a good night, the best night I've had there in ages (apart from FIRE nights!). Someone fed Eirene Vodka Red Bull - a bad move unless you want a 26 year old 5 year old on your hands for the night! ;) Sunday morning, got up and went to the fair for a bit. Dodgems are still the best thing going, Ghost train is naff. After that we went round to some friends for a BBQ. I ended up having a bit of a doze and the boys joined me for a sleep. This morning, I unpacked my camera and discovered 2 things - one, someone had taken photo of us and secondly, someone had drawn a smily face on my ankle!
