I've mentioned this before on DD here but someone has made this nifty animation giving a crash course in the history of Thornborough Henge.
There is a new petition aiming to stop the further quarrying that is leading to the destruction of this ancient site of anthropological importance here and a new (I think) site here : http://www.timewatch.org/ Stumble It!

Join us and occupy the site of Thornborough for the day on monday 7th march. There will be a ritual ceremony and TV coverage of the day. peaceful people and a campaign to stop this destruction of heretage for concrete and driveway gravel. more info asap.
