So we had a quick trip to Dublin at the weekend. Many birds with a single stone. Hanging out with a bunch of friends from England – Henry (from recent As You Like It fame) decided to have his 30th birthday in the fair city of Dublin. Good times; visited the zoo (excellent thing to do) and went out for drinks and techno in the evening (also excellent; the BIG DISH GO 7th Birthday bash for the record).

Sunday we spent time with relatives and using the power of google maps navigator (on foot edition) we embraced a lovely walk that cut a 6.2km path through the East to South of the city up the River Dodder. It gave me a good opportunity to break in some new boots. Lovely walk, lovely city. Flew home on Monday morning and dived straight into a school run and full days work. We all slept well last night!
