We’re currently aboard the Dublin Swift Ferry just out from Dublin. I’ve tapped into the ships WiFi to publish this blog so this blog is a true ship to shore communique. The above screen shot shows exactly where we are right now (16:00hrs) – we’re a little behind schedule.
It’s a cracking day outside. Here’s Jay, on deck a few moments ago..
This ship is a lot faster (and smaller) that her sister-ship The Ulysses that we took for the first trans St. Georges Channel voyage. We’re due to land around 17:00hrs – into Holyhead, then a treck across North Wales, then back into England. Don’t tell them lot yet, but I’m thinking of doing a surprise fish and chip stop on the way home for tea.
