Jaygo’s chocolate orange bread

225 gr strongFlour
1/2 tsp Salt
1tbsp Oil
25gr Dark choc chips
Dark choc spread
2tsp Extract of Seville orange
1 packet fast acting Yeast
1tsp sugar
150ml tepid water

Mix oil,flour,choc chips, yeast,salt,sugar and orange essence together. Add half
Water, mix,add remaining water. Knead until not sticky. Roll into a sausage shape. Spread choc along the sausage. Roll the dough into a snail shape. Put an extra dollop of spread in the middle of the spiral. Put in a warm place till doubled in size. Bake in a preheated hot oven for 15-20 mins till golden and sounds hollow when tapped underneath. Break off pieces to dip in the warm chocolate in the middle. Delicious and very very naughty. Really good with coffee.
