The children’s school reports were issued today. Luckily ours got good reports so that means we get to go out for dinner. Normally we would go to the Chinese buffet but it seems to have gone down hill and really all Felix eats is masses of deep fried battered chicken swimming in a gelatinous sea bright pink sauce, Sophie eats her own body weight in jelly, Jay has decided he doesn’t like Chinese food and Matt and I feel a bit horrid after pigging out on msg. A new treat restaurant is needed which can’t be too expensive, it must cater to everyone’s favourite food and since we as a family do like to on occasion eat until we pop it must allow for that as well. I heard about an international cuisine buffet in Headingly in Leeds which we have decided to try out. Apparently there are 54 varieties of desert, I shall have to count them and then report back.
