Lamb mince
Cooked Rice
Curry paste
Onion
Carrots
Peas
Stock
Puff pastry
Sweat onions and carrots till soft. Add meat and brown. Add stock, curry paste and reduce. Add cold cooked rice and frozen peas. Roll out pastry into 6 squares. Put filling in middle and seal up the sides to the centre. Brush with milk or egg and sprinkle Nigella seeds on top.
Cook at 200 for 15-29 mins or till golden and risen.
