I discovered something interesting today. Whilst filing some paperwork I came across my fridge manual. As it’s far more interesting then paperwork I had a flick through and discovered my fridge has a drip tray in it’s back. I had no idea that although I had cleaned out the frozen fish drips from inside the fridge there was a whole unexplored tray of putrid evil fish and three years worth of drip over flow secreted in a plastic dish behind my fridge. I kind of wish I hadn’t found out since once I discovered it’s existence I then had to deal with it. Thank goodness for kitchen towel and disinfectant. Now the fridge is clean inside, outside and behind, and I can sit with a cup of tea and a resolution to always put fish into a plastic box before putting in the fridge to avoid any other fishy mishaps.
