Sometimes when life is busy and finding the time to see friends is tricky, we put dates far ahead in our diaries. These dates seem, at the time they are entered, too ridiculously far away to really even be thinking about. However the event always arrives far sooner then anticipated. One such happening occurred today when we met up with some good friends and their family to visit the Henry Moore sculpture park. Acres and acres of landscape dotted about with fabulous sculptures and installations, all wrapped in gorgeous autumnal sunshine and blue skies made our day our something special. We walked and and talked and caught up on gossip and life happenings whilst the children ran about and chatted and played. Then tired out we all headed home for some of Matt’s special slow cook goulash. A perfect way to end a lovely weekend.
