Despite the rain that poured down on Friday night and Sunday afternoon, Thornborough Festival was superb. So many people there who we knew, all having a top time. The highlight for me was probably sunrise on Sunday morning as we sat by the fire, chats with visiting friends, watching the world go by and (the anim below shows but does not do justice) watched one of the best sky’s I’ve seen in years.

Really enjoyed playing alongside Mike H and Jonny Wonny Woo Waa on Friday night on’t main stage – despite the technical thwarts. Enjoyed hanging out with Sophie and experiencing things through her eyes, Musically fantastico (again – hats off to every muso that played) Some top comedy moments and a good game of Cricket at 10 O’Clock sharp on Sunday morning. Even though I was out for a duck.

recently got in from Barnoldswick festival. It was supposed to be a hot air balloon festival but it was too windy to get them up – non the less it was a fantastic day out. Loads of shows including the best contact ball I’ve ever seen as part of a fire show. There was a fair there as well, fireworks and stuff. I took a bunch of photos.
