Such a hectic day. When today started (first activity, a lap of The Stray, wi' dog) I didn't envisage a full blown busy one. It has been though - in quite a good way. One of my fave things about today was acquiring a new lucky bonnet. Straight Outta Yorkshire. I'm not 100% sure why I like this so much, but I'm 100% sure that I do like it. This was the brainchild of a couple of friends of mine last year - everyone loved 'em. Some woman in the Shetland isles made them, she's now moved down south (apparently). Anyhoo - when Jimmy Hotrod, purveyor of said articles floated the idea of of a 2013 Christmas special batch I (along with half of Harrogate, it seems) jumped at the change.
My mate from work who's best man at his wedding in a few days who is from Yorkshire who now lives in Australia is also the soon to be lucky owner of one soon.
I am DJing tonight. I am going to keep my hat on for the entire set, unless I start to feel a bit light headed. Right. Gotta scoot. Tunes to burn.
