Sophie won the golden award at school today. It is awarded in a special assembly once a week to the pupils who have preformed outstandingly in both their lessons and attitude. As her reward for getting a certificate Sophie chose what we will be having for tea tonight, homemade sushi. I am a little worried as I haven't prepared sushi all by myself before. After a special trip to Asda I am now armed with sticky rice, seaweed and various fillings that hopefully will suit all members of the family. Fingers crossed it all goes well.
