Sunday Sunday

Today I have been mostly eating yummy food Matt has cooked, seeing a good friend and looking at stunning pictures of Marakesh. Designing our Christmas cards and looking at beauty advent calenders and thinking how lovely but how expensive. I have been learning how to use Google talk, trying to not feel ridiculous doing so, and doing my best to not to say thank you when Google replies to my request. I will just have to persevere with that one I think. I have been planning the weeks meals, collecting my shopping and then replanning according to the products my local Asda didn't have in stock. I used to get annoyed at the ridiculous items that Asda claimed were out of stock, like apples. I do find it hard to believe there are no apples in the Asda store. Now I have risen above my annoyance and consider Asda is really doing my purse a favour making me spend alot less and also keeping me on my culinary creative tiptoes as I can never guarantee how much of my order I will actually receive so I need to be able to create meals for six people with minimal ingredients. Really I should be thanking Asda instead of banging my head against the car steering wheel muttering," no smoked salmon, in the whole store, this close to Christmas? Really?"

This post may actually be written by Matt. There was an issue (long story) to do with when I converted from Blogger to WordPress.
