I'm (trying hard) to eat healthily. I had my gaul bladder removed last year so I'm supposed to be on a low fat diet (see fig a.) as my body can't break down fat like it used to.
Yes (dear reader) it's been over a year since I last blogged. From an 'every day' pattern to every other year. Must try harder. I did have some ideas about blog posts but didn't quite get round to them. My good friend Andy suggested the time when the glasses company sent me six pairs of new glasses for the price of two - with a photo montage - would have been a good post. I agree. Maybe I should.
Anyway - still in Dubai. Changed jobs - same parent company. I'm now a digital strategist.
Been back to the UK a few times (dodging covid thankfully) last year. It's nice now that we are actually allowed to fly again - despite the extra hoops. Makes me appreciate how easy travel was before covid. Anyway. blaa.
